Again, just wanted a Cute Bigfoot Fun Is Too Short To Have Boring Hair Shirts to say thanks for the encouraging words. I’ve personally been seeing a counselor since I was 18. Just recently I felt the stress was too high with corona and all the bull so I got back in touch with my go-to guy over zoom. My recommendation: skip the meds. Mental health is a relatively new field of study and the prescriptions feel like they are throwing darts. Again, this is my personal experience so make your own decisions. However, I’d strongly advise against drugs. Check out a book called “the depression cure” and while it didn’t fix me it helped.
