Even towards different ethnicities within the same country, and how overt or covertly racist they are towards westerners. Just a huge wow. As a black dude that has been to Korea, Japan, the Philippines. And planning on moving to Beijing (if the pandemic allows), it ain’t that bad. The most racist place I’ve been in rural Louisiana/east Texas. I think a lot of white people think Asia is hella racist. Because they don’t really have to put up with racism in the USA.
